Is it possible to order various items from different suppliers?
Yes. It is possible to place one order which includes many different items from all the suppliers who deal with Studio Fair.
How does Studio Fair invoice?
Studio Fair collects all the items from the different suppliers and then issues one invoice to the final customer which includes all the items ordered.
How long does it take from the order to the delivery?
Normally production takes from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the supplier and on the items ordered. For example sofas usually take 4 weeks time.
What does “ex works price “ mean?
All the prices are “ex works” which means that all the charges for pick up, shipping by truck-ocean-air, customs operations, insurance, will be quoted separately.
Does Studio Fair ship all over the world?
Yes, Studio Fair can organize any kind of shipment all over the world. Shipping charges and insurance will be quoted separately.
How can I place an order?
To place an order please send us an email or a fax indicating the name of the item or the code of the item as indicated in the official catalogue, specifying materials and textiles. Studio Fair will reply with an order confirmation which you should sign and approve. Once the order confirmation is approved and once the deposit has been received, the production will start.
How do I make payments?
Preferably through credit transfer. Payment terms for all orders are 50% in advance and 50% before pick up.
Who do I contact in case of damages?
Since the terms are always “ex works” the suppliers are not responsible for any damage caused by or during transport.
For this reason we always suggest insuring the goods.
